This Privacy Policy explains how Red Limb Studio handles data in relation to our games, store products, website, and contact form.
Who handles the data

Games and store products
Our games are generally single-player experiences. Red Limb Studio does not directly collect, store, sell, or share personal data from players through these games, unless a specific game or feature clearly says otherwise.
Games may save local gameplay data on your device, such as save files, settings, progress, preferences, or configuration files. This data is used by the game to function and is not sent to Red Limb Studio by default.
Online features
If one of our games includes online or multiplayer features, Red Limb Studio does not use those features to build player profiles, run marketing, or sell player data. Unless a specific game clearly says otherwise, we do not operate a separate player account database for those features.
Online gameplay may require minimal technical and gameplay data to be transmitted or temporarily processed between players, devices, platform network services, or game servers where applicable. This can include session, lobby, connection, platform identifier, display name, gameplay state, progress synchronization, and similar data needed to connect players and keep the game session working. This data is used only to provide the online gameplay feature, communication inside the game session, synchronization, security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Platform services
When you buy, install, launch, or use our games through third-party platforms such as Xbox, PlayStation, Steam, Nintendo, or other stores, those platforms may process data related to your account, purchase, license, achievements, cloud saves, refunds, reviews, parental controls, store analytics, crash reporting, or platform security. This processing is handled by the relevant platform provider under its own privacy policy and account settings.
Red Limb Studio may receive non-identifying or aggregated product information from store platforms, such as sales reports, regional performance, wishlist data, review information, or crash and quality reports, where the platform makes this available to developers or publishers.
Contact form
If you contact us through the website, we collect only the information needed to handle your message: your name, email address, subject, message content, and basic technical information needed for spam protection and website security.
Why we use it
We use contact form data only to read your message, reply to you, handle the conversation, and protect the form from spam or abuse. We do not use contact form data for marketing, profiling, newsletters, or any unrelated purpose.
Legal basis
The legal basis for handling contact messages is our legitimate interest in replying to messages and protecting the website. If your message concerns a possible contract, cooperation, publishing, or business request, the data may also be processed to take steps before entering into a contract.
Who may receive it
Your contact message may be handled through our website hosting, email provider, and security tools. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect against spam and abuse, so Google may process technical data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation, business request, or related follow-up, unless a longer period is required to protect legal claims or comply with legal obligations. Local game saves and settings are controlled by the player through the device or platform where the game is installed.
Changes to this policy
If a game adds features that change how data is handled, such as player accounts, analytics, dedicated online services, user-generated content, chat, or similar systems, we will update this Privacy Policy or provide additional information for that game.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. You can make a request at redlimbstudio@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
Automated decisions
Red Limb Studio does not use player or contact form data for automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal or similarly significant effects. Google reCAPTCHA may automatically assess whether a contact form submission looks like spam or abuse.
